Customers are prohibited from copying, reproducing, or using designs from our clothing products without explicit permission. All designs are the intellectual property of Universtee.

4-Day Replacement Policy:

We offer a 4-day replacement policy for eligible products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if there is an issue with the size or color, you can request a replacement within 4 days of receiving the product.

Replacement requests beyond the 4-day period may not be accepted.

Cancellation of COD Orders:

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers can cancel their orders within a specific time frame. Please refer to our cancellation policy for the applicable duration.

If a COD order is canceled after it has been dispatched, the customer is responsible for paying the delivery charges. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
